We provide accurate pricing for both services on the and are not afraid to hide it from other shops. Most shops are not disclosing their pricing and this is a tactic amongst the industry to keep charging higher and higher prices. We are trying to change the perspective of the PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE SHOP.
Our yearly services will always remain to be the LOWEST COST we can provide to our clients. The idea is that if we lower our profits on the required yearly maintenance it is more affordable and easier for our clients to perform the random repairs needed throughout the years on their Mercedes and to keep THE QUALITY AT FACTORY MERCEDES STANDARDS.

The dealerships prefer to make higher profits on the yearly services as most other repairs done at their facilities are under warranty and Mercedes pays at a lower rate to the shop, that generates lower profits than dealerships desire too. The terms they use are known as CUSTOMER PAY WORK or WARRANTY WORK.

Our Warranty is 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. We stand behind all our repairs and will also offer a ONE TIME GOODWILL repair for a client who is just out of the warranty time frame for that repair. We pride ourselves on the care we take for your vehicle while in our possession and promise your Mercedes is in well mannered good hands.
STILL HAVE A FACTORY WARRANTY
If your Mercedes still has a factory warranty or extended warranty that is ok. Any work we perform will NOT void the warranty.
We will ALWAYS INFORM YOU of any repairs that can be done by your local dealer at NO COST TO YOU. From items that are covered by the factory warranty or by any extended part warranty or recall that has come out. We will instruct you on how to interact with the dealer to get the results you are looking for as we know this can be difficult. Most shops don't have the knowledge of these FREE REPAIRS offered by MBUSA but we do and believe in passing those SAVINGS onto you!
MOST INDEPENDENT SHOPS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THESE DOCUMENTS AS THEY DO NOT PAY FOR THE LICENSING FEES FROM MBUSA AS WE DO HERE AT ELITE BENZ SOLUTIONS
What we have noticed is that when other shops say they use the latest technology on your Mercedes-Benz what they mean is that they have a COUNTERFEIT version of the Mercedes scanner or just an Autel or Snap-on branded unit. The problem with this is they DON'T have the ability to perform the software updates needed which are a large part of properly repairing your Mercedes-Benz RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Our fully Licensed FACTORY MBUSA Xentry Diagnostic Computer gives us FULL FACTORY capabilities as if we were the dealership. Providing our Clients with Software updates, Control unit start-ups, Theft relevant part ordering and accurate diagnosis with the use of all the Mercedes Technical Information, Wiring Diagrams, Parts Diagrams and Warranty Recall Information. ​
