before you make the drive.
How far is Elite Benz from Charleston?
We are at 705 N. Main Street, Suite B in Summerville. From downtown Charleston, West Ashley or Daniel Island it is usually about a 30 to 40 minute drive up I-26, and about 20 minutes from North Charleston. Mt Pleasant and James Island are usually 35 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Can I drop my Mercedes off before or after work?
Yes. We are open Monday to Thursday 8 am to 5 pm and Friday 8 am to 4 pm, and we have a secure after-hours key drop box, so you can drop off the evening before and pick your car up after hours, even after we close. Many Charleston clients drop off on the way to work and we text them photos of everything we find.
Do you work on all Mercedes-Benz models?
We work only on Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-AMG vehicles: sedans, coupes, convertibles, SUVs and AMG models. We do not service Sprinter vans or Smart cars.
Can you look over a quote from a Charleston Mercedes dealership?

No. You are not required to service at the dealership as long as the manufacturer's specifications are followed. We use genuine and OEM parts and licensed MBUSA XENTRY diagnostics, keep a full record of every service, and our own work carries a 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty.
How much does a Mercedes yearly service cost?
Our yearly service is one published price every year, $408 to $577 with tax included depending on your model, with AMG models adding $40. It takes the place of the dealer's separate A and B services.
